FAQ for Doodle Design Shop

Insurance is available upon request for an additional fee. If you do not request insurance you are responsible for any damage of products during shipping. I do my very best to provide substantial packaging to prevent damage.

SIGNS At this time, I am only taking custom orders for painted signs and canvas. I will only be able to take a limited number of orders so please order early if you need a painting for a specific date or event.

Each sign is uniques in its own way. Each item is hand cute, routed, sanded and painted.

Custom/personalized work is non returnable unless damaged by Doodle Design Shop or not as ordered. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding your personalized order.

Most orders are shipped within 7-10 days of order date. All items are made when ordered therefore needing ample time to get the appropriate supplies and complete each project. HOLIDAY SHIPPING could run a little longer. All orders are filled in the order in which they were received. Please let me know when odering if you have a specific date you need your order.

WHOLESALE ORDERS ship in 2-4 works depending on the season. It may take up to 6 weeks to recieve your order, howver you will be notified upon ordering the estimated delivery time.

How long will it take to get my custom artwork? TOP
During regular traffic times you will recieve your artwork with in 2 weeks of your order confirmation date. During holiday seasons or show specials (will be noted on homepage) please allow 3 full weeks for delivery. Alos, PLEASE be aware of noted dealines for holiday, etc.

I like an idea I see on your site but I want to "tweak" it a little...can we do that? TOP
ABSOLUTELY! Email me specific changes you would like made. If you have a picture of bedding, room decor, etc. please send that with your email so we can come up with the best final product possible.

I want several different products using the same design. Do you give price breaks for multiple product orders? TOP
ABSOLUTELY! Just choose all of the products you would like and I will give you a package rate if all items are ordered at the same time.

I would like to order a baby gift for a friend in another state. Will you ship directly to her? Do you offer gift wrapping? TOP
Yes and yes. If you would like a product shipped directly to someone as a gift please order your item and order gift wrapping as well. I will ship the gift to your friend with a note attached with your wording. Please email with details....
